Monday is my favorite thrift day. My local thrift store reduces prices on several tags on Monday. I went in on my lunch break on Monday and i found three pair of men’s dress pants that were new with tags. Each of the three pair were new with tags. The pants were price reduced to ninety nine cents each. I could see that the rack had been full and only three pair were left. I never worry about what other people were able to get before me. I was simply happy and grateful that I found these three pair. I paid for the items. I photographed and listed the Dockers Monday evening.

I listed them for $19. They sold in six minutes and twelve seconds for my full asking price with a two dollar shipping discount. I received $13.20 from Poshmark. This amount was my asking price less the shipping discount and the Poshmark fee. I spent ninety nine cents on this pair of Dockers. My profit was twelve dollars and twenty one cents. That is awesome for one item out of the many that I was able to find thrifting this day.
Why did this item sell so quickly? It was new. It was a great size. It was in new condition. I also credit my simple listing method. Keeping a listing informative and simple with a hook for the buyer is key to a fast sale.
