If you sell on eBay and want to update your shipping prices, you can do it quickly using eBay’s Business Policies. These policies let you manage shipping settings for multiple listings all at once.

Here’s how to update shipping prices using both the desktop site and the mobile app.

On a Computer (Desktop)

  1. Go to Business Policies
    • Log in to eBay.
    • Click on your account settings.
    • Find and open “Business Policies.”
  2. Edit a Shipping Policy
    • Choose the policy you want to change.
    • Click “Edit.”
    • Change the shipping cost, service, or handling time.
    • Click “Save.”
  3. Bulk Edit Listings
    • Use the bulk editor to change shipping prices for many listings at once.
    • You can also assign a new or updated policy to multiple items.
  4. Create a New Policy (Optional)
    • If you need different shipping rules for certain items, create a new policy.
    • Give it a clear name so you can find it later.

On the eBay App

  1. Open the App
    • Tap “Selling.”
    • Tap “List an Item” or choose one to edit.
  2. Change Delivery Settings
    • Tap the pencil icon next to “Delivery.”
    • Pick a shipping policy from your saved list.
    • Tap “Done.”
  3. Note
    • You can only choose from existing policies in the app.
    • To create or fully edit policies, use the desktop site.
