Step 1: Set Up Your Bundle Discount

- Go to Account Tab > My Seller Tools > My Seller Discount.
- Choose Bundle Discount on your listings.
- The Bundle Discount you have created will be applied automatically when your seller builds their bundle.
Step 2: Add Items to a Bundle
When a buyer shows interest in an item from your closet by liking it, you can create a bundle for them:
- Go to your closet and select the listing they liked.
- Clicking on the shopping bag icons will add items to the bundle
Step 3: Send a Private Offer
Once you have added items to a buyer’s bundle, you can send them a private offer:
- Go to My Bundles and switch to Sell view.
- Locate the bundle and select View Bundle.
- Make sure the bundle has at least one listing.
- On the Bundle page, select Offer.
- Enter your offer and hit the submit button. IF YOU POROVIDE A SHIPPING DISCOUNT THERE ADD THAT PRIOR TO HITTING SUBMIT.
Step 4: Communicate with Your Buyer
Communication is key when selling on Poshmark. You can send a comment with a discount offer to the buyer to encourage them to purchase the bundle. If a buyer asks you a question, respond in a timely manner to encourage a sale.
Step 5: Manage Your Bundles
Keep track of all your bundles and manage them efficiently:
- Go to My Bundles to see all the bundles you’ve created.
- You can send offers from the My Bundles area
Step 6: Pack and Ship Your Bundle
When a buyer purchases your bundle:
- Pack all the items in one package.
- Use the prepaid shipping label provided by Poshmark.
**If the bundle is over five pounds, simply upgrade the label on Poshmark and the additional fees will be deducted from your sales balance.
Remember, private bundle offers expire after 24 hours if the buyer does not reply. You will receive a notification if the buyer chooses to counteroffer.
